If you wish to investigate anything I have said (and so you should) my court case in the supreme court  is sitting as the court of disputed returns under file no 246/06 the latest case in 2010 is 619 of 2010.  All of the information regarding the electoral system is available on the State Electoral Commission web site, or they will provide a hard copy upon request.   I suggest getting a copy of the scrutineering booklets as they will be eye opening, and in particular read section 76 of the act. There are many problems associated with the governance of our country.   Whether we consider, human rights, water, power, transport, education, taxation, health care, aged care, treatment of our pensioners, veterans, aborigines, immigrants and so on, there seems to be a great deal of room for improvement.  The only valuable input we have is our right to vote, so let's make sure we have a fair system to do so.  There does need to be significant changes made to our system and it is past time we demanded it.

There will be at least one candidate fighting for your right to honest democracy and a fair go in general and that will again be me.  Consider me as one of your first preferences. I am running as an independent in box F on the upper house ballot paper under "Change is Necessary"
